Uses of Infrared

Have you ever wondered how the night vision devices worked, how firefighters found people inside thick smoke filled buildings, how astronomers saw objects that were light years away amidst the thick cloud and dust in the universe and space, how infrared lamps and infrared lasers worked, how guided missiles worked etc...? The link below has detailed information on these questions

Applications of Infrared

Also have you wondered how thermal therapies worked, how the police look for missing people and people who have escaped into the thick forest, how infrared imaging worked and so many more!!!

Infrared radiation even helps with studying the under paintings! It helps with chemical studies, has a wide range of applications in medical field, is used in meteorology, climatology and archaeology! There are so many uses and applications.
